Kuhlmeyer BKK Series

BKK Series

Finish welded edges up to 64" long, semi- or fully-automated. These machines perform an oscillating up and down movement, while rotating in up to nine programmable positions around the edge. Kuhlmeyer ZBS Series

ZBS Series

Finish any formed or welded parts, surface and edges, semi-manually. These machines efficiently obtain surface finishes your customer desires and are especially well suited for applications in stainless steel and aluminum.

KFS Series (Bevel Thick Plate)

Kuhlmeyer has produced a machine which economically cleans any straight edge and cuts a bevel, if required, eliminating flame cut bevels, or even more expensive milled edges. The finished surfaces are high quality, while the abrasive cost is less than 3 cents per foot for most applications.

The work pieces are clamped pneumatically along a straight edge. The machine is available in lengths of 10', 20', 30' and 40' and can accommodate single large parts or a series of small parts held by the clamps. The minimum part size in the perpendicular dimension is 1.5". The KFS can accommodate parts up to 5.0" in height.

Easy operation, high production rates, and an unsurpassed surface quality of the finished edge are the key features for this machine. Any manufacturer working with high volumes of plate steel must consider this option.
