The Scorpion cuts from 30 to 14 gauge cold roll steel and returns the sheared parts to the front of the machine. The back gauge measurement device works in conjunction with a pneumatic material support table to accurately measure and support parts up to 30 inches in depth. The pneumatic sheet supports hold the material during the complete shearing process and then swing down to lower the cut part onto a rollout wagon.
Engage Machinery offers the most affordable powered shearing options in the HVAC and roofing sheet metal industry today. This shear uses robust hydraulics with sealed lines, pressure relief valves and electrically actuated valves for long life and trouble free performance.
The Razor Shear is available in 4 and 10 foot lengths and 14 and 10 gauge capacity.
A wide range of Straight and Box and Pan Hand Brakes are offered. These machines are ruggedly built for long life. You can select the model that best satisfies your needs from 48", 12 gauge to 157", 22 gauge.
There are two major types of machines used to bend sheet metal: Press Brakes and Folders. Each has their strengths and weaknesses. Technology has made CNC Folders a superior and cost efficient method to bend sheet metal for a wide range of applications.
Their popularity is rapidly increasing as job shops and manufacturing companies recognize their merits for many types of bending applications whether in prototype, small lot sizes or high volume production environments.
METAL SOLUTIONS offers many choices of CNC Folding machines that bend metal from 4' to 40' long and 26 gauge to 5/8" thick. Some models bend up and some bend up and down.
Contact METAL SOLUTIONS for an analysis of your application to determine which bending method, equipment and tooling is most appropriate.
